Saving files in MS Office formatOpen OOo Writer and go to Tools menu select Options. In Load/Save section click on General. In the drop-down menu under Always svae as choose Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP. Change Document type to Spreadsheet and choose Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP Template. When you are finished, cklick OK button to save changes. Creating Files in A4 Page FormatOpen OOo Writer and change page format to A4: in Format menu select Page..., go to Page tab and change page format to A4. Cklick OK to save changes. |
